Transform Foundation is a non-profit organisation created to help young students connect their education with employment. In the next 20 years, India will experience its current student population of 444 Million heading into the working age. This will present an unprecedented challenge of equipping them with marketable skills. Educated unemployment and underemployment, a persistent problem, is attributed to the mismatch between education choices made by the youth and the work opportunities available in the labour market.
Transform Foundation aims to bridge the gap between learning and work by imparting timely career guidance to the students that enables career and academic decisions in line with the industry demand and requirements.
